Staying in Touch: Data Protection

As you may be aware, data protection laws are changing from 25th May 2018, which means that you will have more say about how your personal details are stored by organisations and for what purpose. Organisations, including St John with St James, will have to demonstrate that they have your consent.

The new regulations mean that we will need you to re-confirm your consent for us to contact you so that we can stay in touch. If we do not hear from you we will not be able to continue to keep in touch in the usual way after 25th May.

Please complete the consent form with whatever details you wish us to have and your permissions to be kept informed of upcoming events.

If you wish for more information on your new rights and how to exercise them please see the privacy notice via the link below There is a separate privacy notice for those holding roles in the church, for example, PCC members.

Thank you for helping us to comply with the new regulations. Your privacy is important to us.

Kind regards,

Rhianna Lambrou
